Discovery OptiPharm Gambling With Our Health

Discovery and OptiPharm are gambling with our lives by not being able to supply our chronic medication after they stopped us from collecting at Clicks. Its now two weeks without medication and I have spent hundreds of rands contacting their inefficient agent who is only good enough for empty promises if you actually get through to them. Even Discovery is not giving us any concrete answers on this ineptitude which proves their willingness to sacrifice our lives. As chronic patients maybe we are better dead even though we are fully paying members. Today I held for more than an hour as '1st in line' to be answered until I ran out of airtime. Is this what we have become to Discovery?
