No plan!!!

I was supposed to spend a nice evening at this place, bought it as a gift. A nice massage and chill session out of the city. The morning of the booking i get a phone call saying that there was a break in and they have to reschedule...?

So you just stop the booking and not make a plan? I doubt they know other lodges in the area to do a swap with?
We made arrangements for leave and was looking forward to it so much...

Just shows you the "customer" isn't always right and consideration not a issue... we cancel and reschedule... no im sorry thats not how the "hospitality" industry works.
