Last November, my friends and I purchased spa vouchers for the Extreme Glam spa. We had booked our spa date, butilities due to unforseen events, could not make the date. We did call in and asked to reschedule, which they said would be fine. Since then, we have called on numerous occasions to reschedule our booking or to ask to speak to the manager with regards to this issue. However, the manager is yet to call us back. Very disappointed with the service, and have not purchased any deals from Groupon, simply because of the spa. I do hope that someone responds soon.
