Rude back chat dealer, Snickering lazy Inspector

Okay. So I am a punter and regular visitor at GRC Casino. I know alot of the dealers as I take time to know them and their names. I enjoy playing roulette, so I am always at a Roulette table.

Yesterday on the 29th of Sept 2013, at about 17:19 or so I am playing at a table where a dealer named " Pascalina" was. She kept on butting into my conversation with another punter, telling me about how I like creme soda so much. I proceeded to chew gum and she also made a silly comment which I thought was rude, so I told her, Pascalina please spin. Her responds: I WON'T SPIN! Don't tell me to spin, I will spin when I want!! The whole table incl myself was SHOCKED. She was rude!!! Kept arguing Inspector, her name Duduzile, snickered and laughed, gave Pascalina a wink, so as to approve her disgusting behavior. I was shocked. Did not reprimand or try to speak to her at all! I swear. Listen for yourself I was seated right in front of the Audio recorder. I was with that Dealer the whole time. You can listen in for yourself.

I support you guys almost every week, long before pay day. I want something to be done about this please. Your dealer was out of line. The audio will prove this.
