Hello is anyone home???

I have submitted 3 quotes for authorisation as my daughter needs to have teeth removed as her wisdoms are impacted, which would need to done under sedation - 3 quotes were submitted since the 30th September.

The call centre they have absolutely no clue - however, I have several references numbers with no answers... SOOOOOO frustrating dealing with a medical aid that does NOT respond at all...
