So Sad doctors only see money not patients

My husband went in for a operation on the 25.09.2013 experience was terrible!! Everything was fine nurses was very helpfull and assisted us as far as possible, my husband then went into teater for the operation /- an hour and 15 min later the anethatist call me and told me you better come and calm down your husband he wants to *&! @# everyone! went I got to my husband he was screaming and violent I tried to talk to him and calm him down but the dr p jacobs kept on aggravating him by asking him what do you want to do and poking him. I then told the doctor to leave him alone as he didnt know what he was saying and doing, (this isn`t normal behavor for him after anesthetics) after that he started to calm down. As we were standing there this doctor was talking to another doctor saying if I knew you where here I wouldn`t have given him medication you could have sorted him out. and they laugh about it. I think that is very very unprofessional for doctors to do that. I did report this when we got back to the ward, and on a complaints form and left two messages for someone to get back to me and still no answer or apology. Why are we paying them al this money and they treat us like!!!
