Hate discovery hope the company close down

In july my husband went to doctor as nothing seemed to work for his heartburn the doctor advised him to get a operation we contacted discovery and told them so we could get auterasation the date for the op moved to the 8th of august 2013 after we got the go ahead from the medical aid my husband went in for the op. now after the operation was complete they said that they didnt give auterasation and now they expect us to pay the money currently i'm unemployed and we have a small baby so where do they think we will get the money from. im really not inpressed with their service and worst off all they still deducted a premium after THEY cancelled our membership
