The Terrain
Entrance Fee not refunded to me after 15 min

Hi, I went to The Terrain in Rooihuiskraal hoping to have a sweet picnic with my boyfriend yesterday, after paying for both cars (R50) i drove in and it was right on the highway and too noisy and I could not find a comfortable spot. I contemplated whether I should stay or not. After about 15 min I decided to leave, I then went to the check out counter, stood in line for 15 min and when i spoke to her she said that because i had already been there for 30 min she could not refund my money. I told her that I had not used any of the facilities and half of my time of being there was actually standing in line to speak to her, and the other car hadn't even arrived yet and she absolutely refused to refund my R50. I would really appreciate it if I could just get my R50 back.
