We went to watch Thor last night. The service we received at your Secudna branch leave much to be desired.
There were about 40 people waiting in line to get some snacks and cold drinks before the movie. There were only two tills open and the ladies behind the counter were taking their time with the orders. We were standing in line for about 20 min and then decided to go in to the movie without anything to drink as the movie was about to start.

I think that the service is absolutely appalling. This is not the first time that I have had a problem with this specific branch. The last time the lady (rather not mention her name online) refused to help us due to the colour of our skin. There was a man standing behind us, she told us that she can not help us, but the proceeded to help this gentleman.

This is outrageous. The personnel are in desperate need of training. I am more that happy to supply them with such.
