Paid for useless service

Went to Supa Quick to get wheel allignment only to find out there is a part that need to be replaced. the superviser there cannot remember his name Derrick or David ordered a part to be delivered in an hour. all work cost R1700 and 2 and a half hours to be done. I ask the worker after he drove around if the car is okay now, He said he they only drive around the business complex i can fuly test myself. told both the worker and supervisor that i am driving to Pretoria and by that time I was past 4pm. Took the car drove to Pretoria somewhere in the highway the car was losing control, i had to drive carefully and took it to GM the following day, only to find out Supa Quick replaced the wrong part, I had to replace the whole sterinrag. i bought the part for R2534 and got my personal mechanic to replace it as driving it it was risky. once is was okay. drove back to Joburg at Supa Quick Nothcliff. The supervisor gave me an attitude and told me I should have came back the same day even though i tell him it was dengerious. I requested they take back the part and refund me but he refused even when the worker tell him that i decerve a refund. He got angry about it. stiill no refund.
