Account hasn't been deducted yet again!

Good Day

I am starting to lose hope that we will ever get this problem fixed. Our debit order that needs to come off our FNB account for our medical aid has yet again not come off. I have phoned FNB, they blame Discovery and Discovery blame FNB. I had to pay for 3 months deductions last month because of the same problem and now its happening again. Some one needs to fix this ASAP, I'm tired of being put on hold while everyone argues as to whose fault it is. Wake up guys, all I want to do is have my normal debit order come off and be covered.
