False Advertising - Twice in 4 Weeks

How dissapointing is it to read something on a Professional trusted website yet the details are false. I have tried to book a Sunday Sleepover at Emperors which is advertised until the 31st December 2013 without sucess. The website keeps stating reservation server is unavailable. We drove to Emperors to try booking the special for December and the manager Howard with his assistant insist that the dates stated on the website obviously is mis advertised as its peak season. Why do you talk to us like we created your website and we are there to you? We understand English very well. We have had the same problem 4 weeks ago with Peermont Mmabatho Palms. IS PEERMONT is too big to care about the users on their sites. Your reputation and quality control should not be the responsibility of your patrons... NO PATRONS..NO BUSINESS... You do have competitors that may appreciate our business, cheers Peermont, I will dispose of your winners circle card and make use of MVG instead, maybe you can learn a few things from them... your people treat us like liars... ITS YOU THATS PERFECTED LYING!!! Shame on you
