From joining Virgin Active gym in Montana in October 2012 I have only been having trouble with my account. I will arrive at the gym and they will inform me that my membership has been cancelled by momentum. After numerous e-mails to momentum regarding this and requesting them just to notify me what my payment would be each month (as it should be) NO co-operation was received. This month (Jan 2014) I emailed them to confirm what the outstanding amount was, I was informed that the amount went off with a debit order (I DONT HAVE A DEBIT ORDER WITH THEM) I emailed them AGAIN requesting the outstanding amount AND saying that there NEVER was a debit order EVER. I was informed that my payments are up to date. After deciding I've had enough and will be joining a different gym WITHOUT Momentum. I contacted them to cancel my membership... THEN I was informed that it was already cancelled as per their records my gym membership has been currently cancelled due to an unpaid premium, the message from the bank is that the debit is not allowed on my account... IF I DID NOT EMAIL THEM I WOULD'VE NEVER KNOW. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! AND HOW CAN 2 PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT VERSIONS?
