Membership card not delivered as agreed

My medical aid was paid up for the year in December of 2012. It's now 4 June 2013 and I've sent numerous emails to Momentum Health requesting my membership card. They keep telling me the same thing over and over again which is that the card has been sent in the mail but that is incorrect. This issue began well before the postal strike so they cannot blame that for the lack of delivery. I've since requested it to be delivered by courier or to a different address but they still give me the run around. I have half a mind to just cancel the policy as no policyholder should have to go through such admin merely to receive their card!
