Had an account query for services rendered in March. Spoke to about 8 people who always said they would investigate the matter and get back to us. nobody did so. was even asked for a motivational letter and xray from the doctor for which we had to pay. found out today that this was not needed since it was not necessary. was pushed from pillar to post with this matter. seemed as though nobody from client services could give us an answer as to why the account was not settled eventually, today we spoke to a supervisor who said to us they cannot pay the outstanding amount. so why we were asked for a motivational letter. we are now going to the Medical Aid Board.
