What terrible service I have received from the accounts department, first you speak to Ernst, that speak so unclear you have to ask to repeat himself several times, he keeps on referring to a guy who that is I still do not understand.

He cannot explain the extra charges on the account, I eventually had to speak to Magda that had to explain what was happening, the reason I did not received the account is because my details that we have change several times and the intercare wilgeheuwel has never been updated.

What bad service this is pathetic and very un professional.
