Following our awful experience on 24/09/2013 at the Pavilion Shopping mall, having to wait at the mall for an extra 3 hours to get our keys out of Spitz and paying R40 for parking as a result, the only people around willing to assist without having to even to think twice about it where the young lady and man who manage Gloria Jean's coffee. They extended their wait at the mall to ensure we were fine, they had even offered us a lift home from the mall in the even we were not going to get our keys back that night. The manager, actually don't know his name and his made numerous calls to whom ever he knew at mall management after hours and made his utmost attempt to assist us in getting our stuff from the store.
A heartfelt THANK YOU goes out to you, as these days people do do not take time as you did out of a long day (public holiday) to assist over and beyond. this is what Customer service really is:)
