Car broken into at southgate mall

My car got broken into at southgate mall, time between 18H30 - 21H30. the security said that they cant see anything or anyone approaching the car, a day later when i call again, they say that there is someone breaking in the car but they cant see who it is, my radio and bag was, there was an ID - Licence - Car keys in the bag with some other personal things, i wanna know why is there security and your car still gets broken into, is the mall not supposed to be that safest place to be as u do leave your car there for a long while, my car keys was in the bag so that means i must get a new key, a new alrm system, a new system code for the tracking device, i also have to put in a new gear lock cause those guys that broke into my car has the keys and they could find my car which means it will be easy to, the car radio was also, this happened cause there is security at southgate mall. i want to be compnesated for this as it costs me alot to watch a movie at southgate and find that u car has been broken into with everything gone, .
