Went to the store and was assisted by Future explaining how i prefer my glasses since my script is high and he agreed to deliver in accordance to my request and in 10 days time i went to collect my glasses (on the 24th of august) only to find out that they didn't deliver on their promises and spend another 30 minutes explaining to the store Manager who happen to be defensive, he then referred me to Future and i was told to come back after 10 days for collection... I had to constantly call them and follow up on the progress of my glasses... i would continuously be told that they will follow up with the Lab and call me back... and i would wait for the call till i had to call back (This happened a phew times), i finally went to collect my glasses on the 13th of september 2013 only to find out that my frame is no longer in condition that i gave them and has a whole lot of scratches on it... Am not even sure if this is the same frame i gave them, my frame is brand new and was never used, the frame i got back looks old with scratches does not even feel like Rayban quality... I am really disappointed in the service i received from the store, and i went back today (22 September 13) and
