DAMAGED GLASS FRAME

I went in for a eye test on 26 March 2013 and was told by the optometrist that I needed a new prescription. I opted to hand in my existing glasses so that the new lenses sould be fitted to my existing frame. After a month had passed, I received call to collect my glasses only to find that lenses which had been fitted to my frame were teh incorrect shapoe and size and the lab had twsited my original frame out of shape just to fit the new lenses. When I queried this with the optometrist, she insisted that they had used the correct size and shape of lenses and came across hesitant to even listen to my concern. I insisted that the frames be correctly fitted but there was no clear confirmation from teh optometrist that this would be done. I have called in twice but still have not received confirmation on whether the repair would be done at all. In general, this branch has very rude service staff and on teh couple occasions that I visited them, I came across other customers whom were complaining about quality and service as well. I would caution anyone from using this branch.
