Discovery benefits card a waist of time

I was encouraged by Discovery to get an Addidas / Totalsports cash back card to buy products and get 25% cash back. i specifically went to these stores to buy running shoes for my wife and i as well as a polar watch etc. even though the prices were higher than other suppliers but knowing i would get the 25% cash back made it worthwhile. i have been kept on the phone for an average of 20 min each time i called all three occasions. Pathetic service and staff not trained to deal with this at all. They called me the first time a month ago to say that the money would be paid into my account within a week and when i called again last week, the person i spoke to says that there is nothing due to me. I am furious with this terrible service and still wait for a manger to call me with a way forward. this has now been two months on going. Thinking of cancelling my life, wealth, retirement, health, etc with these people
