I had an amount outstanding with Lancet sometime in the middle of last year 2013 which I over the phone made an agreement with the agent that i would pay on a monthly basis, and where there would be a month I couldn't pay i immediately notified Lancet! During this process I have been taunted every single month asking me by lancet when I will be settling the bill where I specifically arranged to pay on a monthly basis! I have been treated to like a asking me questions like why did i skip months where I always made sure to notify Lancet of my condition where the agents always assured me it would be OK! I have been taunted, I was sent to the ITC department, Is this how a customer is to be treated who wishes to pay on a monthly basis? In turn I left all of that bad service I received and settled my final payment! Last week I received a phone call from an agent that I still have an amount outstanding of R182.10?? where that account was already payed for from the full amount i payed a couple of months Back! I have sent several emails to Meagan where i have not received anything back! I am all stressed out and no one from Lancet is helping me! Do I really wish to do business again??
