Outrageous Treatment of a 1 Year Missionary

I am currently on a Mission trip. A couple months ago, I fell terrible ill and had to for many Dr visits and test to figure out what was wrong. I was sent to see a surgeon who immediately admitted me to the hospital for a emergency procedure for bleeding. I was reassured by each Discovery rep and healthcare professional that my procedure would be full covered by my hospital plan and there are no deductibles. I stayed the night in the hospital and was then scheduled for another diagnostic procedure 2 days later. I was told the deductible was R2, 850 which I paid out of pocket. Right before I was about to turn in my receipts for reimbursements (which totaled to almost R4, 000) I was told my MSA was completely depleted! I had yet to be reimbursed for anything! Apparently they charged my MSA over R5, 600 for deductibles for the two procedures. one of which I was told they wouldn't, the other I paid for out of pocket! I have spoken to countless Discovery representatives, been sent though countless loop, on hold for cumulative hours, to, outrageously mishandled, etc. I gave up all I had to serve people here, but the outrageous treatment has ruined my perception of SA.
