My baby was on your oxygen machine. He passed away in May. I returned the machine the following week and also informed the accounts department. To date your company still keeps sending me an account. I have spoken to the rep, the accounts manager and I have also sent an email complaining of your service, yet you continue to bill!
DOES YOUR COMPANY NOT UNDERSTAND MY BABY HAS PASSED AWAY!!! THE MACHINE WAS RETURNED!!!
Everytime I open your statement it is extremely traumatic!!!
