Good day, my father passed away in October 2012. Vitalaire were advised thereof, and told to pick up the oxygen machine. They came a week later to fetch the machine, and advised us that we would not be billed for the use thereof, as my father only used it for 1 night. A few weeks later, I received a bill for the amount of R1026.43. I contacted Ina Maree, who advised that their Head Office would reverse the invoice. A few months later, I saw an amount of R1026.43 through my mom's medical aid. I contacted the Medical Aid to stop the payment. Two months later, I received an invoice for R2052.86 - Double the original invoice amount. I contacted Ina again, to see why we were now billed double, and the original amount not reversed. Each month since February this year, I have emailed Vitalaire, and got no reply. I need to close this file. Please confirm that the amounts have been reversed as promised and nothing is outstanding. Thanks.
