Poor customer service

On the 16.09.2013 I took my son for immunisation, we arrived at the Clinic @ 09:30 and at 11:15 the nurses decided to take lunch, and left us in the quee. At 12:15 I asked them about the dueation of their lunch and nurse said "you'll have to wait in the quee we will call you when we are ready. Then they closed the door and continued with what they were doing. The door was only opened @ 12:47
