Not Very Persistant in Their 'Strict' Rules

I am still infuriated with the bad treatment & feedback I received from ATKV Goudini Spa. As a member, I have the privilege of enjoying their facilities at a discounted rate, but not this time. I was told because I did not have my actual ID book I have to pay in an additional amount (which I did not have). Even though I had my 'members only' card & a certified copy of my ID, this was not enough. The rude receptionists asked me for my husband's (also listed as a member) driver's license &when I produced this, I was told it does not suffice! Did she just ask for it for jokes? I was then explained to by Pieter, that this is procedure &the process that his staff uses with all guests. Funny, four other guests (2 of whom were friends of ours & another 2 that we met) at the resort during the same time were not asked for identification (I intentionally probed them to find out)& paid membership rates, with someone else's membership! They were not interrogated at all and allowed to stay on without being called and threatened to pay or leave continuously. And me, a member who pays on time was given the worst treatment. Pieter obviously condones & supports this kind of discriminatory behavior.
