Gym changes rules after contract signed

3 months into my daughter's contract the gym changed the rules. When signing up the manager, Percy, and consultant said she could bring guests to gym as long as she never brought the same person more than once a year, in fact they incouraged her to bring friends, yesterday I had to go back and fetch her as she had a friend and was not allowed into the gym as the gym changed the rules and no guests allowed. I confronted Percy, in my opinion he should not deal with the public totally incompetent, only to be told that he can change rules if he wants and others were abusing the policy by jumping over turnstiles or bringing friends more than once, I said his staff should manage this properly and deal with those members not penalise other gym members, He was totally arrogant and when I pointed out that this is not what he promised us when signing up he said that is just how it is and there is nothing I can do to change it. I will definately be telling every possible person about their & shocking treatment of members and encourage people to go to other gyms as I know I am not the only one dissatified with them for many different reasons.
