I just need to say a big thank you to the above ladies for providing exceptional customer service! You have in every way exceeded my expectations and Protea Group should be honored to have employees as you! You deserve a weekend off away, as your reward from Protea Group.

Protea Group- you are soooo lucky to have managers as these - please acknowlege and reward them!!!

We had experienced some issues with housekeeping in 3 rooms and the above ladies went over and above their heads to re-compensate us for the inconvenience experienced.
The letter of apology and the compensation offered were out of this world. I have never in my life heard of or seen a person/s take responsibility, ownership, accountability for their actions in this way, I applaud you. Some Coperates could learn a thing or 2 from you.

Kindness, friendliness and respect are basic qualities that many people lack - and this will take you a long way. You have maintained good customer relations and have kept me a customer for life.
