Medshield
Failure to collect monthly instalments for 3months

Repeatedly suspending my account for the past 3 months after not collecting the available funds from my bank account, After spending over an hour on the fone last month with Medshield the matter has not been resolved. My bank manager has also tried to solve the problem with Medshield without any success.
