Medshield giving me the runaround

For over a year Medshield have refused to move my debit order from the 1st of the month to the 7th.
I get paid on the 6th and thus have no funds on the said date.
They requested a letter from my milk buyer which I supplied now they want bank statements for 3 months.
They are just giving me the runaround and would not recommend anyone doing business with them.
Now my policy is lapsing which covers my parents as well.
My financials are not needed for a date shift.
