No Response from Discovery Health or Consultant

I contacted a woman called Janette Rooney about joining Discovery Health. She gave me the option of filling in an online form instead of a paper one and I asked her to arrange it for me because I don't want anyone stuffing up my details. Janette already started spelling my surname wrong in the emails she sent to me and her incompetence is what made me choose the online form.

I have been waiting days now for her to get back to me but there has been no response.

I decided to fill in the form again on the Discovery website after Janette didn't respond but I have been waiting a few days again for Disovery to get back to me and they haven't.

I didn't think it was rocket science to call a customer back but apparently for Discovery it is and also for their consultants.
