Poor Service

I sold a property in June 2012 and to date I have still not received my refund from JHB Water and the City Council. I was referred to Joubert Swart Attorneys in Randburg by the Pam Golding estate agent and dealt with Lindsay Tregurtha. She seemed very efficient and then referred me to a company called Rates Wizard run by her husband and son, who would then manage the process of refunds from both the JHB Water and City Council they request for an up front fee which was paid.

Well it is more than 18 months on and I still have no idea where the refund is. After constant complaining to Wayne Tregurtha from Rates Wizard his response was he will rather refund my fee paid in June 2012 and he washed his hands from the transaction. Lindsay Tregurtha then has resigned from Joubert Swart and working at Rates Wizard scamming people in speeding up the process of CIty Council accounts, she mentioned that Joubert Swart has the refund but trying to get hold of them is another nightmare not sure.
