Sick attitude of Netcare911 accounts

My friend says he never received a statement in three years from Netcare911, nor was a claim made by Netcare911 to the medical aid for transport by ambulance, yet Netcare911 caused an adverse listing on his credit bureau. Why does Netcare allow this?
