Netcare - Stop Passing the Buck!

On the 4th of March I logged a complaint regarding Netcare's Linmed Hospital titled " Netcare - playing with lives". I Immediately received a call from Charlene Swatz (Head office) and then Ronel Van Niekerk (Marketing Officer@Linmed) in order to do damage control. They both promised that a fair investigation will be carried out. About 2 weeks later Ronel phoned to give me feedback of the investigation - basically the doctors stated that I misinterpreted their statements! I did not accept the "findings" and she proposed a meeting with the management for the 20th March.
As i expected, consequently the meeting was cancelled and an email from Ronel a day later simply stated
"I have referred your concerns to the Management of ER Consulting, as the doctors working in the Accident & Emergency Department are employed by ER Consulting Inc. They are private practitioners in their own right and for their own accounts, we can not respond on their behalf."
Since then, i have received no further feedback...
Do we book into a hospital because of ER consulting or rather for the Netcare brand? Surely the issues between Netcare and ER consulting are internal? Netcare - stop passing the buck!
