4 MONTHS NO DELIVERY - NO REFUND

I placed an order for a "gift pack"of salts and patches in May.

Not only have they failed to deliver the product to me, but the customer service I received in the process of following up my order is appalling.
My last conversation with your sales person "Joyous"; was her telling me that I should just cancel the order "Simple as that". Since that rude interaction I have still not been refunded my money.

This order was not delivered on time and as a result of this frustration, I cancelled the order in June.
To date, I have not yet been refunded my money as I was promised, over and over again.

The disrespectfulness from Joyous and TERRIBLE customer service was enough to put me off a wonderful product permanently - What a pity!
