Still no membership cards or welcome pack!

This is the second hello peter complaint I am posting with regards to not receiving my welcome pack or membership cards. I last posted a report on 22/8 and was promised my cards will be re posted and delivered within 5 days. 8 days later I still have not received my welcome pack or membership cards. Am I expected to walk around with a piece of paper stating my membership forever? This is completely unacceptable and I am extremely irritated with this lack of efficiency! I signed up with momentum in JULY!
