Money still not refunded

I placed an order with Zando on the 20th of March. They took the money from the credit card and I received a mail telling me that my order had reached them.
I heard nothing after that. I contacted them on the 26th and they replied saying that my order was picked up as being and it had been cancelled - but they had already taken the money. They said that the money had been refunded and that they'd attached proof to the mail. There was no attachment and the money is still not in my account! I have mailed them twice since that but have had no replies. I would like to place the order again - as soon as the money has been refunded - but at this rate it seems as though they are unreliable. I am a keen online shopper and this is the first time that I have had such poor response.
