Dear Sir / Madam

I am extremely disgusted with the level of service and non response to my queries regarding a claim submitted. The initial quote was submitted to you and you agreed to pay it. On submitting the actual invoice from the doctor you sort paid, after my numerous phones call you then informed me to fill in paperwork to claim this from my savings which i did, and then to obtain an updated invoice from the doctor. Two months later this is still not paid. You do not keep to your turnaround time promise. Your call centre personnel are disgusting. I have to explain the issue over and over and over and over again. This is my money and my savings account which I used to cover valid medical expenses. I should be reimbursed for this. Your consultant even kept the call down on me. I complained to your customer care however I seriously doubt I will even get a response. I will be not complaining to the medical services ombudsman as you are pathetic.
