Paying R3080 pm but no Medical cove

I have a medical aid with Discovery and paying R3080 pm for my family, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism my savings account was exhausted only and I applied for chonic illness cover and it was approved. I was informed that they will backpay all my expenses from the date I was diagnosed and put the money back into my savings. Till this day I am receiving calls and letters from doctors that they have not been paid these are expenses that started on the 3rd March, they vary from R3675 to R325 per doctor. I don't understand why they keep taking R3080 every month but can not pay my medical costs! Can somebody at discovery please clarify to me as to why this is happening, because most of the people that work there keep making me and my husband empty promises. When we call them they tell us that they will call the doctors for the correct ICD10 codes and will pay but still nothing happens. Other Financial Service Providers like Liberty are clear as to what they will cover but Discovery are hiding behind fancy terms like PMB!
