Charging R1, 500 for cancelling an appointment

What a shocking attitude from Accounts... what does one do when you wanting to send your little one to the paediatrician (a booked appointment) but on the day is too sick to go? So my wife phones in to cancel, then you get a bill for R1, 500!

The attitude of this particular individual Zaheera Kahn stinks and we have misallocated payments previously yet quick to want to hnd us over!

This is not the "bedside manner"one expects from the useless admin of such a well-respected doctor!

Dr Roos - wake up and smell the coffee... this lady is pushing your patients (paying clients) away!
