I cannot begin to explain my frustration with Discovery and how my Authorization and Claim for my Op has been a complete nightmare. I submitted my quote from the Dr, received authorization on the phone, got an authorization number and letter via email. I then went for the op and sent my claim in on the 18th of August 2013. After getting no feedback I phone in today 27 August 2013 and then get told that the authorization was done incorrectly and I was not covered for the op and would only receive funds from my savings and that I now have to wait another 5-7 days for them to investigate and then they will get back to me. This is completely unprofessional and I will be taking this further.
