DISGUSTED BY DISCOVERY

I have recently learnt that I have been listed on ITC by Discovery for an amount of R1300 which I had no idea I owed. Discovery being such a large company uses post as a means of communication in this day & age There were 3 letters sent to an incorrect address so its no wonder why I did not receive it, the 3rd letter was sent on the 24/10 and I was listed on the 25/10 which is ridiculous. I was not contacted via telephone nor sms and only found out about the default when my credit app was declined. I have since settled the amount in November 2013 but now have to run around to find a settlement letter from a Collection Company they use which apparently does not exist. Who is Shapiro, Sheik & De Vries and why can they not be contacted? I looked them up on the net and is more shocked by what I see. How can Discovery use such a notorius company. The members of the Discovery Collection team are extremely patronising and not willing to help but merely pass you around. They needed payment so I paid now clearing my name seems impossible. Totally disgusted considering I have Life & Vehicle Insurance policies with them. So much for loyalty.
