I cant handle bad phone etiquette

I just called Discovery Health to cancel a pre authorisation, and the call agent assisting me spoke in a very abrupt way, like it was such a drag that she even got out of bed this morning and now has to deal with clients over the phone. Brush up on your phone etiquette please.
