Discovery Health dpes not care about their clients. Yesterday I had a bit of a relapse of my Multiple Sclerosis and when I called the call centre the agent was very helpful. The problems started when trying to find out where a neurologist is located that I can see, and getting Discovery to yell me that is impossible. The neurologist that I saw before is no longer covered by them. PATHETIC!! So now I will have to find a new one that will do a MRI (which they wont pay). Discovery really is a shockingly bad medical aid!!
