I called Discovery on 01 March 2013 for a hospital pre-authorisation number for my brother & the person who answered the phone made it such a pleasant experience I almost wish I needed to go to hospital as well! I am very sorry I didn't get the name of this call centre agent - she was probably the most cheerful & pleasant person I have ever dealt with!
