I am very disappointed in Bonitas for handling my medical aid account in this manner. i received an email from Bonitas on the 10th July 2013 stating that i owe them an arrears amount of R2294. The same day I sent them copies of my December, January and February payslips where our HR department has deducted the monthly payment. On the 13th August i received an email closure of query and that my payslips has been send to their finance department. Today i received an email stating that my benefits had been suspended with immediate effect from the 1st July 2013.

Clearly something is wrong.
