The difference between a spg and savings

Ok so my savings was exceeded early this year. Therefor a selfpayment gap kicks in and after that my threshold. I have submitted on the 13th of August a x-detailed account from specsavers, a dentist account and 2 doctors accounts and 2 pharmacy slips all paid in cash and debit card. On the libmed site it states my specs refer all claims to ppn and the doctors account says savings exceeded. But I paid all my accounts in CASH or Debit Card the same day as the visit. I submitted those claims myself. I honestly don't know why I waste my holiday time trying to sort my health out and spending money and my medical aid don't care wether I'm running a loss
