I joined vitality on the grounds of vitality points and cashbacks for living and eating more healthy - Great Sales Pitch! No reward. I have been purchasing from Woolworths which is my chosen supplier and for months now, no Vitality points earned, no cashbacks. This is damaging my paybacks on policies and it seems there is a very relaxed approach from discovery. I mean I'm paying them remember.

Will be rectified withing 3 weeks etc... Utter nonsense. Don't ever believe that, it's an excuse for people to sit around and do nothing and as a consequence produce nothing fruitful.

I was recently informed that ticking a box that says "do not share my information with third parties" is the cause. Yet when I clicked said box, no mention of this consequence was made. I don't want my details to be shared with any parties who call me constantly with sales pitches etc.

I have also told them to contact me exclusively by e-mail as people often miss-lead you by phone. My first query couldn't even be verified as existing?

Why must a paying customer always run around to fix -ups? Why is service always lacking?
