WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE SETTLED

After speaking to various consultants I am still waiting for my refund. When ever you call 0860998877 they give you a different ref no. Enough is enough. I"ve waited almost 6 months now, this is bad service I'm very dissapointed in discovery... will they get back to me or will I get another ref no.
